From your first idea to
your finished garden room.
We design and build bespoke garden rooms, offices and summer houses around how you want to use the space. A typical specification can include a foundation suited to the design and site conditions, a plastered interior, sustainably sourced pine, Western Red Cedar cladding, a fibreglass roof and 100 mm Celotex insulation. We confirm the materials, finishes and any exclusions in your individual written quote.
Review your quote
Using the details you provide, we prepare a quote. If you would like to move forward, we arrange a site visit to confirm the practical details.
Choose the finishing touches
At the visit, we can talk through cladding, flooring, interior finishes and design features, then agree the final specification.
Book the build
Once you approve the final design, we agree a start date. A 20% deposit secures the booking. Materials are delivered for the build; construction typically takes around 3–4 weeks, depending on the room's size and facilities.
Enjoy your new space
We complete the agreed finishing details and hand over a garden room ready for you to make your own.
