Enquiries and photographs
If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, project description and any postcode, project type, timeframe, approximate size, budget or garden photographs you choose to provide. We use this information to assess your request, reply and discuss a potential project. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where a project proceeds, we may also process relevant information to perform the contract and meet applicable legal obligations.
Form submissions are processed on our website server and emailed to our business inbox through Google Gmail. Uploaded photographs are converted to JPEG during form processing, which removes embedded image metadata, and are attached to the enquiry email. Please avoid including people, personal documents or sensitive information in photographs unless needed for your enquiry.
How long we keep enquiries
If a project does not proceed, we aim to delete the enquiry and its attached photographs within 12 months of our last contact with you. If a project proceeds, we keep relevant records for as long as needed to manage the project and meet applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements. We may keep information longer where needed to resolve a dispute or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Cookies and website measurement
We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other optional tracking cookies on this website. The website does not set its own marketing or analytics cookies. Our web server may process technical information such as an IP address, request time and page requested to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose faults. If we introduce optional cookies or tracking, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for consent before using them.
Fonts and external links
This website uses locally hosted DM Sans and Manrope fonts. The font files are served by our own website, so loading them does not connect your browser to Google Fonts. Links to Instagram, Facebook and Checkatrade open those services only when you choose to follow them; their own privacy notices then apply.
Checkatrade reviews
The Checkatrade rating, review count and logo shown on this website are displayed as text and images hosted on our own website. They are not a live Checkatrade widget, and simply viewing them does not load content from Checkatrade. If you click a Checkatrade link, your browser opens its website, where Checkatrade may process information under its own privacy notice. The rating and review count shown here may not update immediately when new reviews are published.
